Sateen Cherry Blossom Pencil Pleat Blackout Curtains

Great curtains, but very limited sizes available. We now have to have these remade to suit our requirements.

Gorgeous curtains to match bedset already purchased and loved.

Curtains don’t hang properly at sides. Would have returned by had pulled the cords

These curtains are very badly made. To fit the width and height of my window I had to order 2 pairs of curtains with a drop of 137 cm. One pair in particular is so badly made. They range from a length of 138.5 cm to 140.5 cm (a full 3.5 cm longer than they should be). I rang customer services and their customer service was not very efficient. Finally, it was agreed that I would need to order a replacement set and return the faulty set. (I am still waiting to be re-imbursed 9 days after return) The new set arrived and was almost as badly made, with varying different lengths, but the background colour was a completely different colour. Bearing in mind that I need 2 sets, I could go on forever trying to get another colour match, so I am stuck with the original curtains. I had just decorated my bedroom to match the duvet and curtain sets I had bought. I thought that Marks & Spencer was a brand that could be relied upon, but sadly not. I will now need to pay a considerable amount of money to get the curtains altered. They are very pretty and a beautiful material.

The header tape on both curtains was stitched at both ends making it impossible to pull the cords to make the pencil pleats. The instructions in the pack stated to pull the cord at the open end. I returned the curtains. Hence l only gave 1star. So disappointed as the curtains were very pretty and good quality.

It would have been helpful buying online if the actual sizes of EACH curtain was stated as I couldnt be sure until I received the curtains in their packaging

Bought these to brighten up my bedroom and am delighted with them. Good quality and really pretty.
