Pure Cotton Striped Shirt

This is a lovely classic shirt with breast pocket and the stripes beautifully matched. Hubby says is slightly smaller across the chest/armpit region but as he was trying it on top of a t-shirt it should be okay, not so small that he needed a larger size. Result!

Great fit and the cotton/linen is the best of both worlds. My hubby loves it!

This shirt had a 'New Improved Fit' label on it, although it's not mentioned on the product page!! I love the colour and pattern which complements the M&S shorts which I purchased at the same time. However, the shirt in my usual size only fits me with my arms by my side. If I raise my arms or put my hands together in front, I'm in danger of ripping the cloth or seams. Do both and I almost certainly will - I refrained from doing that, and went back to the store to try on the next size up. That fits me like a tent but not little change regarding the tight armholes. I'm really disappointed!

Bought for my partner who I normally buy "Slim Fit" for. However, the "New Regular Fit" is actually smaller than the old "Regular" so this shirt isn't too baggy on him & he is happy with the new fit of this Regular shirt.

Summer shirt with pocket ideal for holidays

Loved this shirt in store, it has a really nice retro vibe to it, soft stripes that reminded me of old deck chairs (in a good way!). Great fit on the chest and i could do the top buttom up easily - which is always a bonus. However this shirt is cut really long, even more so than the other short sleeve shirt options. This seems to be a common factor with your short sleeve shirts, i guess most people won't be tucking them in so why cut them so long? It's great that you have slimmed them down, now just make them a bit shorter too. I woulld have to get this altered if i did decide to go ahead and purchase.

Brought this for my Husband who has always been a Medium size in M & S. He could just about get it done up without breathing! Who need a summer cotton shirt that is skin tight.Forget the 'new improved size' that just means they have cut it smaller. However its a nice shirt in general but you need to buy one size bigger.
