Easy Dressing Pure Cotton Flat Seams Bodysuit (3-16 Years)

My daughter is nearly 5 and has a complex medical condition. She wears nappies and has a gastrostomy tube for feeding. I love these vests. I always order a bit bigger than she is as it gives more room over her gastrostomy. I actually cut a little hole in side seam to put her feeding tube through as I find the vests that popper up higher to allow access a bit of a faff. The vests are so soft and wash well. As she is still in nappies it is so helpful to get a vest like this in bigger sizes. I just wish there wasn't a premium price as soon as special needs becomes a thing. However, having said that I applaud Marks and Spencers for providing this type of clothing.

My (nearly) 3 year old is big for his age and not potty trained yet... So I keep him in bodysuits - keeping his back covered. And it's extremely hard to find bigger bodysuits! I was struggling to find something to fit him until I found M&S! Good quality and price. Fit well. Highly recommended! Delighted!

I ordered three vests size 15/16 for my 13 year old who is very slim and they fit him snug! For the benefit of using these vests and a less stressed son I have just ordered four more! Please make them a lot more generous.

Unfortunately came up small compared to others in the same size but still good value for money be nice to see more designs and colour

Have bought lots of these bodysuits before and they have been great, but this new one seams to be smaller than the rest. I have found buying clothing from M&S their sizing is not consistent. Sometimes much to big or sometimes much to small. Especially with children’s sizes. Great quality all the same.
