Oslo 4 Wheel Hard Shell Large Suitcase

Great suitcase. Went to Mexico and back recently. Fit enough clothes for 10 days, weight around 20 kg. Sturdy, easy to wheel. Like the fact it has side handle as well as top handle.

Delighted with this suitcase. We are travelling through Asia and, after five flights, they have no visible scuffs and are in pristine condition. I like the two sections which work perfectly with packing cubes. There are a couple of handy zip sections. The wheels work well. We looked at quite a few suitcases before we bought these are are delighted with our decision.

Just used this on a trip to Spain. Performed very well and no complaints at all

Fab case, lock instructions not very clear. I've never used an integral lock before so a black arrow pointing to the lock system with no wording was useless to me. I had to Google it to find out how to open the lock. Maybe it's just me. However, the case is just what I wanted. Not used it yet so hope it comes up to expectations.

Better than I expected. Very pleased especially the inside with double zipped inserts and Pockets. The 10 yr guarantee is also worth having as a Marks and Spencer’s guarantee is worth Having.

We looked at a lot of different suitcases before choosing this. What sold it was the 10 year guarantee, the two zipped separators with pockets and the security lock. One slight area of concern is the hinged area between the two parts but given that it is zipped around three sides it should be fine. Wheels, wheelie well.

Generally, a sturdy suitcase but during my first flight with it, the combination lock got bashed (as it's very likely on a flight). The pins inside the lock broke and wouldn't release the zips so I nearly had to cut the zip open. Fortunately I managed to pry the zips out of the lock. The lock has become completely non-functional from one flight. I cannot recommend anyone to buy this product if you want to be able to get into the case to retrieve your things.

We have not used as yet and only time will tell if they stand up to the airport handling. Hopefully the 10 year guarantee should assist if not. One observation would be the weight. Having purchased two identical large red ones of these suitcases the weight was advertised as 3800g, but one weighed 4140g and the other 4350g. Everyone knows weight is an very important factor on luggage. Perhaps the advertised weight could be re-checked again, but still strange why there should be a nominal difference between the two!

My case is just what I want on size and durability. Security lock and wheels easy to manipulate. Should take me safely there and back on my travels.
