Linen Striped Side Button Midi Shift Dress

Ordered a size down, which fits perfectly and is still is relaxed fitting. Lovely heavier material but slightly see through so need nude coloured underwear. I’m 5’8’’ and length is good lower calf length. Pockets are placed slightly too low down weirdly, but not too noticeable. Lovely cool throw on dress for warmer days

I had previously bought this dress in coral shade so knew to get a size down as they are very generous. I normally buy 12 but size 10 was perfect. It hangs really well .. I bought both dresses in the sale so excellent value

I got this item a week ago and i love it but the armpits are very low cut. So i will have to wear something under before i can wear this dress.but its ok.

Love the dress and still deciding whether to keep it the style colour material and quality excellent however it’s the sizing I have a doubt about. Seems enormous under the arms but will try again and will no doubt keep it. Haven’t washed it so could not answer.

Being tall, 5'9" this dress is fantastic! Good quality, I love having the pockets. Yes the armholes are low enough to show a glimpse of bra so I just show off the sides of my very pretty, worth admiring bras! Its the design, enjoy it! Love the button feature, sad that the navy had sold out because I would have bought it too. I have confidence that when I wash my dress it will still be fantastic. Keep this one in the range M&S please.

ordered this dress but only had long size left but looking at photos thought id give it a go. Opened up the green M&S bag only to see that there was a big hole in the plastic bag inside which immediately made me suspicious. On looking at the dress I saw black marks on the outside and even blacker ones on the underside of the hem. I did try it on to see if the length was good or not but it was too long and shortening was not an option as the pockets would look odd. Loved it otherwise and as I had used some vouchers as well as the "linen discount'" promotion was well chuffed at price. Sorry it had to go back and would loved to of had it in the standard length. Marks have been brilliant in refunding my money and issuing a credit for the vouchers I used.

Easy to wear, nice heavy fabric. Found the fit a bit off.......had to go up a size to get it it to fit acoss the hips but then it was too big across the bust - usually the other way around for me!!! Easily fixed by moving the buttons at the side to take it in across the bust area - not fits perfectly. Good for summer days sightseeing

Beautiful dress cool and light,the length is very long but I can carry it of because I am tall. I am not sure what it washes like because I have not washed it yet. I would recommend it.

This is a super summer dress, linen blend that doesn't crease badly at all. Easy wear, easy care, washes and irons really well. The style is so simple but looks chic! Dress up with jewellery or down with flats. I am 5’6 and chose Regular, it’s mid calf which is what I wanted. I recommend this dress and would buy in other colours if available. The white and stripes look so fresh and the stripes match up. Love the side button detail.

I wasn’t sure when I ordered this as I’m not a great fan of linen but love a stripe. I’m really pleased I did. It’s a really lovely casual dress, very comfortable and a real bonus was the discount. I know that I will get a lot of wear out of this during the Summer.
