I was surprised by the quality of this bed. It’s very solid and sturdy. And the colour is beautiful. I would recommend this bed

I have just had this bed delivered and assembled. The bed looks great even better than picture.I have not used the bed yet but wanted to say how impressed I was with the delivery service. The two delivery men arrived promptly and did an excellent job assembling the bed. I am just sorry that I do not have their names to add to the review. Thank you very much.

Reading some of the reviews from this range I was slighlty nervous about what we would receive We bought 3 items from the Hastings range when M & S had an offer ,the bed being one of the items. It arrived in perfect condition which is what you would expect . It is great quality, very sturdy and looks great in the bedroom . From initial ordering we were kept informed by M & S and the deilivery guys were spot on.

Bought as a spare bed for grandchildren &/or guest stays. Coupled with M&S guest mattress, and if it helps we had 2 x 6' adults use who said it was very comfy for a 3/4 size bed. Lovely sturdy bed for price paid. Easily assembled and looks good. Very happy with this Hastings 3/4 bed.

Very happy with the single Hastings beds I bought for my grandchildren. Lovely quality sturdy beds. The delivery team were excellent they constructed the beds efficiently, very professional. Excellent value and nice looking beds, children love them.

Delivered and assembled, packaging removed. lovely bed sturdy ,avoid the corners .overall very pleased.

Good Bed but not perfect. The bed was delivered an hour or so late, and in boxes - not assembled (as advertised). The delivery guys who were supposed to have assembled it, arrived late and said that they did not have time. It was a case of take it as is or we will take it away. They also said that they had been given an impossible schedule requiring too many drops and not enough time to travel between them. To my mind that is a systematic error. So I had to assemble it myself (circa 3 hours) or else wait days for someone to turn up and assemble it for me. Whilst the assembly diagram was OK, the slats were slightly shorter than ideal, so when screwing into the wooden frame the screws went in very close to the edge of the wooden rails underneath. So the quality only scores 4 our of 5.
