Lock Detail Shoulder Bag

I love it! I have a bad back and needed something light to carry my things in and this fits the bill perfectly. Very on trend style.

I've had this a week and the lock clasp worked twice. Now it's stuck and I can't open the bag! Avoid.

I really liked this bag when purchased, a great size and seemed good quality. Unfortunately, the lock was faulty and got stuck after only a couple of hours of use. Went to store to exchange, however the other bag that was in the store also had the same fault, therefore ended up with a refund. Very disappointing.

This is such a beautiful bag, it looks like a high end bag and the material is amazing quality, it's a great size, fits a lot inside and feels sturdy. Unfortunately the only let down is that the clasp got stuck after the first use. I cannot try and get it out.

great looking bag which on first inspection appears more expensive than it is, but unfortunately the lock stuck after only two weeks which was very disappointing and not what I would expect as M & S is usually known for good quality.

I got the black version of this but the clasp was so stiff I couldn't open it. I tried out two more in store but they were the same. I finally ordered another thinking it might have been a bad batch, but the same thing happened. Giving up on my dream bag.

This is a lovely bag, it’s a great size and looks expensive. However, after a week of use the lock mechanism on the strap seized and it would no longer open. Thinking it was a fluke, I exchanged for another, and exactly the same thing happened again. My friend coincidentally bought one too, and hers has broken within the week. It’s such a shame because it’s perfect otherwise!

Stylish bag but somewhat stiff and not enough room for me

This bag is lovely and I’ve had compliments since using it. It’s the perfect size for taking to work or out shopping. The adjustable shoulder strap means it works for all heights and sizes but it’s not long enough to be used as a crossbody bag.

I had black version of this bag.Very well made and fairly roomy .An outside pocket would have made it perfect.None the less very pleased with purchase
