Cotton Rich Crew Neck Sweatshirt

Nice sweatshirt but very big l am a 14 and purchased a 10

I have got 3 of these previously and they are fairly good quality and wash ok, this one arrived and could immediately tell it had changed it is much thinner and baggy. I washed it once and was shocked when it came out of the washing machine bobbled all over and really unwearable! I am having to take it back instore to try to get a refund. Have never had this terrible quality issue with M&S before - what is going on??

I’ve had previous versions of this sweatshirt that are fantastic. Great quality and almost indestructible. Unfortunately the latest version just isn’t as good. The cuffs and band are baggy and it bobbles badly. So disappointing as I love the dark sage green colour.

This a lovely sweatshirt, it has a great shape, and is very soft and comfortable to wear. Bought it in two colours as I liked it so much. I did find it came up larger than normal so ended up getting a size 8 rather than a 10. The fit was perfect!

Lovely jumper when I first got it - soft, warm, lovely style. But it’s a disaster after washing - pulls and bobbles. I’ve had it less than a month and it looks tatty and old. I almost never buy new clothes anymore and I’ve got a wardrobe of second hand/vintage that are much better made than this. Lesson learned.

The first one I purchased was great,the 2nd two months later was totally different… really poor quality,the collar & cuffs totally different material & lost its shape after one wash. Very disappointed

Let down badly by dreadful bobbling. Such a lovely soft sweat. I put it on straight away and wore it out. Just 2 hours later. Dreadful bobbling. So disappointing
