Checked Double Breasted Coat

Perfect for spring and summer. Light weight, easy to wear. I’m using it instead of a jacket for work. Love it

Ordered this coat after watching Trinny do a mini review and recommended to try it. I am size 12-14 in most stores. I ordered size 14 because I like clothes 'roomy' and wear thick jumpers. The coat fits perfectly with room for a few layers without feeling tight. I am 5'9 and the arm length is perfect for me. The colour and fabric is a lovely neutral mix of dark blue, stone and a hint of red with stone coloured buttons. It is fully lined. This coat looks smart but easily looks trendy with white trainers and a cross body bag. And the bonus is the hidden inside pocket- genius!

Beautiful coat, love the check pattern and colour combination, fit is perfect. It is not a heavy coat and will be great now and a good option for the lovely spring warmer weather to come, cannot fault this at all. If you want to produce this in other colour combinations and patterns maybe... I am all for it.

Love this coat, love the fabric, lining, medium weight, flattering straight line, and I like the high v neck and big buttons. Its gorgeous, and would go brilliantly with a soft pink bag, to pick up the soft subtle pink in the check. I am not keen on pink so a revelation to me that I love this coat. Would go with many things, but especially good with jeans. It is amazing value for money. A question for Pantheon Store Oxford Street - why do you have this beautiful coat stuck away at the back upstairs, among the dreary stuff? Its fabulous, put it at the front door and I guarantee there will be none left. A winner.

Lightweight coat perfect for Spring/summer, I expect to get a lot of wear out of this. Lovely material and excellent value for money with real buttons and pockets. The background is creamy rather than white and it has a thin red stich through the check that isn’t so easy to see in the website but that makes it more versatile IMHO. Fit is perfect. Very pleased M&S at its best

Ordered size 10 and 12 in the petite.returned the size 12 as the size 10 was a good fit.Just love this coat.

This is a lovely coat very nice fabric and lightweight. Unfortunately it wasn’t for me sadly returned.

A great coat for the Warner weather. It’s great value for £79.

This coat caught my eye as soon as I saw it. The overall colour is subtle, material is a really interesting weave. It s light, yet hangs nicely, the perfect weight for a spring coat. I really love it!

Disappointed on recieving this coat. It is much more beige than shows in the photographs, making it more dowdy than it would have been in a crisp navy and white. Fabric is also lightweight though sizing is spot on (12). Sadly returned.
