Checked Belted Midi Shift Dress

Bought few weeks ago very happy with it lovely material and looks smart and comfortable

I had just bought last week the dress was lovely but not for me it was more for some one about 6 feet,you don’t cater for people that is small made like myself

Comes in a heavy fabric which will be useful as the weather turns colder, a smart design although the belt seems a little bulky, I'm 5'4" and ordered the regular length it comes as a nice midi on me which is just what I had hoped for, in dresses I can be 14 or 16 but decided to keep the 16. Nice dress.

Was so looking forward to this dress when it came it was thick almost crimpolene material and just ugly so i have returned

Thicker fabric for autumn or winter dressing. The checked pattern has a very slight gingham look on the fabric which gives it an interesting but subtle twist.This dress is great for those of us who are tall and have some curves. I'm just shy of 5' 10" and this came to my high shin (below knee). There's some stretch to it allowing movement without losing shape and it doesn't cling like jersey does. The belt was a bit short for me but I'm a fat, menopausal and my waist is barely there! I pinched it in with a brooch at the waist. This may look a bit 'utilitarian' to some but I like this look as it's smart, warm and hides the bumps. Would have loved it more if it had pockets but I can easily insert those. I think a sleeveless version would also look good too.

I liked the style but the dress was too big and the weight of the dress was very heavy so I had to return it. but I will continue to look for what I want

Bought it online looked good in the photo and was happy when it arrived. Fitted nicely. Is a thicker material so will be wearing it come autumn/winter.

Too long, I’m 5’7”, much too hot to wear in summer, sleeves very tight on upper arms, fabric more suited to autumn wear.

Smart enough to go from business to pub/restaurant. Lovely cosy fabric too. Will be a regular ‘go to’ in the Autumn.

Sadly I had to return this dress twice sizing is to big
