Body Invisibles™ Cool Comfort™ Waist Slip

I've had several waist slips from Marks & Spencer before and I was expecting this one to be the same or at least as good. I was so wrong. Other reviews suggested the need to go up a size so I did, however it was still too 'fitted'. I think I could have gone up 2 sizes and it still would be too tight. They've removed the lace trim l and the split from the bottom which makes it seem like a 'basic' brand. It clings and rides up to the waist so therefore pointless. I've taken the tag off so unfortunately cant return it so it was a waste of money. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

I bought 2 of these skirts, one in black and the other in one of the skin colours. I bought them in the 29ins length (I mainly wear midi and maxi length skirts). I wore them on a recent holiday to Greece with skirts without a lining or with half or three quarter linings and they were perfect with these. Both under skirts were comfortable and cool.

I have bought several of these waist slips in various colours and lengths, personally I like to wear them under thinner summer dresses and skirts. They are comfortable to wear and easy to wash and they dry very quickly. I would say true to size and reasonable price. Wish they would consider doing a maxi length.

Nice half slip but went up a size as the fit seems to have changed since I previously bought my last one.

This slip is lovely to wear as it has a silky texture and feels nice and cool. Would definitely recommend.

Having bought one of these waist slip 6 months ago I thought the one I have recently ordered would be identical as it has the same refs.number. However this one does not have the small back opening and also the delicate lace edging around the bottom of the slip has gone. Therefore, I am rather disappointed with it.

Bought go under a favourite long transparent skirt that’s lining had torn. Worked beautifully

Purchased to wear under new dress for a wedding. Did go up a size as I didn’t want it fitting too tight around the hips. I do prefer this version with no slit as I needed it to be smooth with no lines.

They use to have another (much better) fabric and unfortunately this one is at your own risk if you want to iron it

Definitely not true to size. It rides up and is too short to start with.

This is a very useful little slip to wear in the Summer months underneath Summer dresses

A good fit so true to size,will wash well.I only wish is that it was perhaps 2inch long.

I have bought other versions of this waist slip over the years. This time, the same length measurement arrived as a knee length slip. I was expecting a maxi slip. Disappointed and returned.
