Textured Ambassador Hat

Nice hat, but very big. Had to return it. Will try the smaller size

My husband likes the hat it's s bit tight but it should stretch, the colour is a change from the stone coloured but M & S have changed the sizes and it's small/med or med/large so he got small/med that's why it's only got 4 stars

This hat is very smart and stylish and the colour makes it that bit different from a standard straw hat. Unfortunately, even an XL was slightly too tight for my husband, so we had to return it.

Texture and feels good only problem I have with it is that the sizes are all up the wall you really have to order a bigger one than you really need

Bought this a week ago and although its a very nice hat even the small medium is slightly too large. I don't believe that I have a small head so I am surprised but it'll be OK.

A nice hat that’s an alternative for a panama in the summer. However as numerous reviewers have said it is oversized, I went for the S/M which was still too big, but a bit of padding under the band seems to have worked. If I’d paid full price I would probably have returned it but at £7, worth giving it a go.

Purchased for the 2020 summer that never was, in the sale (With limited size / colour options) it was a bargain but if it had been full price I’d probably sent it back. Size is the M&S Achilles heel In all men’s wear, it’s either spot on or Way off. I’m a 60cm head which is usually a large and this is way to big but in the garden no one will notice. I should have spotted the anomaly that you can’t have a hat size range from L to XL without some means to adjust it (which it hasn’t). Once again M&S good effort let down by poor sizing

A nice looking hat but a little on the tight side. I just wish there was a way to clean hats easily.

This is a very nice hat, but the sizing is very generous. My husband has a large head so we bought the L/XL, but the hat was loose, which is unusual. I’ve sewn some extra padding inside the band, so it now fits.

This is the second hat purchased from M&S in the past month and the second to be returned, both of size "S-M", in what appears to be new hat sizing scheme for M&S, which no longer includes a size "S". Both are too big. I have bought a number of size "S" hats from M&S, in the past, which have fitted perfectly. Do NOT waste your time with the new "S-M" size,if you have fitted a size "S" in the past
