Comfiest period pants, bought for incontinence. fit well and do their job well which gave me confidence to go out and about without the worry of leaking

Very good support panels would be brilliant.

Very comfortable and fit well. Improvement would be to have the same style with support panels hence only four stars.

Chunky

Not really fond of these , the thick panty part is very chunky and can show through fitted trousers etc .

M&S have nailed it as not only are they great re absorption but they’re properly VPL no they’re not bulky. All my other period pants are so thick everywhere that you see the pant line through gym leggings and jeans.

Not as i had hoped for

These are supposed to be heavy absorbency however unlike another brand i have they do not have the absorbancy going up the the waist band. They are incredibly thin also which made me doubt their effectiveness. The absorbancey part also stops literally across your bottom and feels very uncomfortable. I tried these as they were 3 pairs for the price of my usual 1 pair, but im going to stick with my usual brand.

Avoid if looking for comfort

No, I don't recommend this
I bough these hoping for a comfortable seamless brief but unfortunately there is a harsh seam internally around the waistband of the pants. It almost feels like a very fine plastic thread, so it’s really scratchy which is exactly what I was trying to avoid by opting for seamless. Wouldn’t buy again and very disappointed.

This is not my first purchase of this particular underwear - I don’t need them for myself but I buy them for my daughter as they are reliable, comfortable and really do what it says on the tin!

Great for light incontinence, no good for a period

These need rebranding. I buy these for light incontinence following my babies. Which they are perfect. I would prefer a pack of 3 all in black. I originally purchased for period wear, but the placing of the absorbent gusset is unsuitable meaning I leak at the front when I sit down, at the back when I lay down. You can't add a disposable period pad as the adhesive rips at the fabric but you could use if you wanted a reusable period pad but then you may as well use an ordinary pair of knickers. So I use another company for period wear and use M&S pants for everyday wear until I have fixed my pelvic floor. They can be washed at a higher temperature than most absorbent underwear which is great.

The idea of these briefs is excellent. I sized down due to other reviews, but they are very loose and if buying again I would go down another size.

I am really grateful to the person who designed these heavy flow period pants. I have them in all colours, patterns and the No VPL ones. I am well past the age for periods, but do suffer with an unstable bladder, I had been forced into uncomfortable incontinence pants both day and night, but then a friend was telling me about these pants that she had purchased for herself and her daughter, so I thought I would try them. I haven’t looked back. I purchased the flesh toned NO VPL to take away on holiday and they, like all the others, haven’t let me down. They have made me feel feminine again.

Disappointed

I read the reviews before ordering, which said they came up big, so ordered a smaller size - they’re still too big & slip down with movement - good job I always wear trousers! The waistband & legs have no grip & the material is silky, which I hadn’t realised before buying, & this doesn’t help as it slippy I wear a pad with these & it doesn’t stick - material not suited to it - so that moves around too! All in all, not a good buy & wouldn’t recommend I’m disappointed because other M&S period pants I have bought have been really good
