Not great

No, I don't recommend this
Look nice and feel nice on your skin but they do not cover your bottom cheeks and are too baggy below to feel secure.

Baggy bottom nice fabric

Very odd cut with too much fabric in back of pants which makes them not fit. I’ve had m and s pants for years and these are the oddest shape. Unfortunately I’d worn one before realising they were a poor cut so couldn’t return . Compared to my other m and s high leg pants the cut is not the same with too much fabric in back leg which results in them feeling like a nappy ….shame as nice fabric but with baggy fit they are not for me.

Does the job

Sizing a little off, don't all fit the same. Tight on hips but then big on the bum. When they do fit, they are good. A lighter cheekier version for lighter days would also be nice.

I chose these because of the colours and NVPL. In hot weather they were uncomfortable because the material makes you sweaty. I will keep them for cooler days.

Quite nice

Nice look and fit . Material not bulky or obvious. Can wear under light clothing. Not sure if will stand up to a heavy day yet. Only tested on light.

They need to be higher in the waist, but really love the colours

Very poor fitting and baggy at the back. Worse underwear I’ve ever bought! Would not recommend

3 pack no vpl period knickers

For me these are the most uncomfortable knickers I’ve ever worn. They kept creeping up my bum and generally irritating. I’ve worn all of them to check if it was just one pair. They are now all in the bin. No vpl for me anymore. I’m 57 and a size 16.

You hardly know you have these on. So much better than panty liners. I wear these with tampons.

No idea what is wrong with this range but they were purchased in my usual size, fit perfectly when first put on. Within a few hours they had become saggy and loose and uncomfortable. Also purchased the light flow thongs, exactly the same issue. Very odd.

No VPL, don't roll down, feel confident they work
Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)
Love M&S period pants. They've been a gamechanger and I don't use anything else these days. I wanted ones with no VPL so ordered these as I trust they will work (they do). They dont roll down despite slinkier fabric than the usual cotton ones, and no VPL.

I bought the black, on my heaviest day they last for a good few hours and are easily washed.

These are good but I think it could be a better fit at the back. When I move around wearing these knickers it does not stay on. Otherwise, it is comfortable.
