really oddly shaped, gusset is massive! usually between 6-8 but these would fit a 12/14. definitely wouldn’t recommend

A very odd shape at the front but better than the briefs, which run large and have a ridiculously wide gusset.

These are so useful - so many reasons and so many ages of women need exactly this. I wear these everyday because in perimenopause, you just never know what each day will bring and these give you confidence and comfort. I have the other pack of period thongs too. Please introduce light colours too that can be worn under white trousers (hello linen and summer!).

I really rate M & S underwear. These are no VPL and go invisibly under leggings which is great for workout days. However I don't think they fit as well as the first set of period thongs they brought out. Still excellent buy and good value.
