Not as firm as expected but still very comfortable

Order two packs of firm pillows. They looked very nice. Great price. Best nights sleep for members of family.

Happy with them but use them only as a second pillow behind the one I rest my head on, which is a feather pillow.

Very pleased with my pillows. Probably not as firm as thought they would be but neither are they soft. They stay the same shape and are very comfortable which in turn promotes a better sleep.

Really disappointed with these pillows. They are certainly not firm, barely medium, and they flatten down very quickly. What's going on M&S? Your products used to be so good!
