Soft and stretchy and very light. The elastic top is a bit tight on me. Not ideal when circulation is an issue.

I bought the previous version of these socks in store; reinforced foot area and 2 leg widths. Fabulous socks! These ones, bought online, are thin, giving little warmth or comfort. I returned them.

Nice light weight knee socks, kept me warm in a cold day. Personally I'd like a bit of thick padding for soles of feet for longer walks. But my buy more for days I'm not doing such walks. Fine for local out and about days. On my legs they are snug not saggy. Which is how I like them.

Heatgen is very good for keeping warm and comfy, but the label says 'Light warmth' which should have been on the original description also. Pity they are only in black which uses more dye. The feet and legs are generous in length, but I saw no explanation of the 'W'size which I thought might fall down on me. The 6-8 is a bit tight around the top which is not good if your legs swell in the slightest. For once they are not smaller than described. It is hard to find normal knee socks, I hope M&S develops their range that machine wash.

These socks are really soft and comfortable with the seamless toes. A good fit - I am a shoe size 5. They wash well and hold their shape. Great value for money.

Positive, wearing these socks regularly winter 2023-24 has helped me to have much less trouble with chilblains than the previous winter. I buy the wide top size 6-8 and am pleased that this comfortable size is available. Negatively, these socks are not seamless. They have a seam UNDER THE TOES, which can be irrititating. Most socks have a seam on top of the foot, where it is not walked on! In these "seamless" socks, the seam under the toes has caused early steps in the formation of blisters. I've had to use plasters to prevent blisters forming. I find the seam under the toes may be irritating (or may be okay) depending on which shoes I am wearing.
