These 5 packs of underwear from M&S are a staple and I have bought them for decades in different colours. Sadly the past few years I’ve seen a noticeable drop in quality- fabric with thin and elastic is uneven- the garment falls apart in a few months. M&S once again have lost sight of who their core customers are and what we value.

I have been buying these pants for quite a few years, as other people have stated the quality of the cotton has become thinner ,I still find them comfortable, but I am a size 12 and I have to buy a size 14, they used to be true to size, but the past two times I’ve bought them. I’ve had to go up to size 14 and I’m not a size 14.

I brought these, same size about a year ago. They were soft, stretchy and comfortable. Unfortunately, I recently brought them again. This time, the material is hard, has no stretch, uncomfortable and don't fit the same as before. Got them on-line, but that shouldn't make a difference.
