I bought these pillows five months ago. The first couple of weeks were fine, I loved the feel of these to begin with. However after a while the stuffing began to flatten offering absolutely no support, the stuffing bunching in the corners and becoming near in impossible to sleep on despite trying to plump up and move the stuffing around. They’re flat as pancakes now with clumps of stuffing! Honestly, I’m so disappointed with these. Went for M&S and for a higher price point expecting good quality pillows however these are awful. Would not recommend. Will now have to repurchase some new ones. Do not buy!

I purchased these in store, a pack of two medium anti-allergy. Started off fine however over time the stuffing material has separated into many lumps which I cannot fix. Pillow support is therefore lost and the pillows are now uncomfortable. Very poor product.

The pillow scare lovely, really comfy, just give them a shake when remaking bed in the morning and they are back to plump

Incorrect description on website & packaging. Upon receipt, found pillows to be hard and bulky, not medium squidgy. Wasted money on these. Very disappointed.

Initially I was very happy with these pillows, purchased about a year ago, but the filling started developing lumps a few months ago. Online searches suggest massaging/pulling the lumps through the covering or putting the pillows through a cold tumble dryer cycle with tennis balls, but this has limited effect and really shouldn't be necessary, especially in this price range.

I don't know if I got sent some bad pillows, but the ones I got are very flat, have almost no spring to them and felt lumpy and just bad to sleep on. Bottom line, never buy pillows online.

I wanted Soft to Medium Pillows. Sales Assistant very very Helpful. I got precisely what I wanted.

I only bought these pillows a month ago but they have already gone lumpy. The filling on the inside has formed lumps which are incredibly difficult to smooth out, making the pillow impossible to sleep on. Poor quality, would not recommend.
