V-Shaped Medium Pillow with Pillowcase

Bought for my husband who spends a lot of time in bed due to poor health. The pillow helps to keep him comfortably in position.

I was very pleased with the pillow. Also that it came with a pillow case. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the filling wasn’t that evenly distributed, but I’m sure that will sort itself out in time.

Have been buying this pillow for years but in the last 2-3 years the quality is not as good anymore. The pillowcase once washed comes out really creased that is hard to get out and the pillow quality is not as good. There is not enough stuffing so one side had a big gap and i had to try and move the stuffing round to fill the gap. I was going to return but desperately needed one so ending up keeping it.

Can’t believe I have not bought one before will buy again heaven to lay back on with the pillow case a great idea

I have had these pillows over the years and they have always been excellent quality. I bought one last week and the filling had a break in it as though some filling was missing. I returned this and reordered another one only to find that this one too had a break in the filling. Have had to return. Something needs to be done with the quality control of this product. Very disappointing.

I bought this for an elderly relative who had pneumonia. He used it only a few times and now the filling has broken inside and separated leaving a gap. The cover was used and then when and I wanted to replace with a fresh pillow case, but was unable to buy a separate case in store. An assistant advised that I went to Dunelm Mill. I did and was able to purchase one but it wasn't big enough. It seems to me that if you sell the product you should also sell the accessories. You may as well buy the pillow in Dunelm Mill where you expect the quality not to be as good as M and S.

I bought this pillow to support my recovery following surgery. It was been perfect both on the sofa and in bed. Very comfortable and supportive. The removable pillow case is an excellent bonus.

I have Osteoporosis & am in Pain 24/7. The V Pillows are just the right size & firmness to support my Neck, Shoulders & Arms. I am sleeping a bit BETTER & LONGER than before!

It's nice and firm. I hope it stays that way. Comes with a pillow case but I would prefer a padded pillow protector.
