Very supportive and true to size. Comfortable as separated straps and also as connected. Feel even more supported with connected straps. Gives a nice shape under exercise tops, no weird bumps or lines.

Yes its padded. I never go for padded. Im a HH full rounded cup. This is comfortable and very supportive, and feels like it will do the job while gymming.
