Supersoft Medium Pillow

So disappointed with this purchase. The pillow is like a brick with a bristly texture not a soft cotton one. There is zero give and I don't understand how this could be medium or supersoft. The pillow is very plump and high. When you lie on your side you feel as though your head will slide off either way. :-(

Really comfortable. I have trouble sleeping - my pillow was giving me neck ache. I bought some bed linen online at M&S and thought I would treat myself to new pillow. I was reluctant with lockdown at present no shops are open. I really hoped the pillow lived up to the description. It did!!!!!! It is medium soft and so comfortable. Happy Days!!!!!

Arrived promptly and does what it says on the tin. Comfortable and well made. Can't say about washing as I've only just bought.

I bought these to replace ones that we have had for a few years. The order number is exactly the same as the previous ones. On arrival I unpacked and left a while before using. They are so overfilled it is very difficult to pack into our M&S cotton pillow cases. The softness seems more firm than expected. We are using but I’m almost tempted to resort back to my old pillows. Unfortunately once opened your policy is that they cannot be returned. I’ll think twice before buying on line again.

I recently treated my family to a set of new pillows as was changing back to a man made filling rather than feather & down. These pillows are so soft and comfortable with everyone in my house commenting on how lovely they are. I am extremely happy with my purchase!

I'm sure this may be a good pillow if your pillowcases are larger than average. They're pretty full and high and tightly squeezing them in means there's no give, so they feel medium firm I'd say, rather than medium. Having said that I don't know what firm should feel like, perhaps it's much higher and firmer! :)

Ordered the pillows, they arrived very quickly.Delighted with the pillows,they looked really good and are lovely and soft.Will definitely be ordering again.

This is the hardest "soft" pillow I have ever slept on - totally disappointed. Both my husband and I had stiff necks after sleeping on it. Bought this pillow because I had previously bought similar pillows from M&S which were so comfortable, and I thought these would be the same. A complete waste of £44.

Thought these pillows would be too thick for a comfortable nights sleep, but not so. They supported my neck and I had a very comfortable nights sleep from the first night. I put down no to washing as I have not washed them yet.

I would not describe this pillow as Supersoft. It is very bulky especially if used with a softer pillow on top. Rather disappointed with this item. Not as expected.
