Striped Ruffle Front V-Neck Blouse

Lovely light cotton blouse in cream, which goes perfectly with light trousers and floaty skirts. Size 12 is perfect for me.

The blouse looked cream in the picture but in reality, the colour is a dirty cream and although the blouse was new, it looked like it had gone round in the wash many times. The fabric has a striped weave, as seen in the picture, but because alternate stripes is slightly raised, the pleat at the back didn't lie flat The pleat looks awful because it didn't lie flat after pressing. The fabric looked cheap too. Overall, I was disappointed but needed to wear the garment for an event the next day, so I had not choice other than keep it. I don't recommend the top. However, I have given one star because, as always, M &S are good at customer service and it arrived on time at the store where I was able to pick it up and try it on, and the fit of the garment was as expected.

Bought to go with some nice linen trousers. Nice top a little on the short side for me but the colour was what I was looking for so I have kept it.

This is a lovely cool and floaty blouse that’s comfortable to wear. I wear a cropped vest underneath as the neckline is a bit low and revealing for me. It looks good dressed up or down and doesn’t need ironing if hung on a hanger to dry after washing.

Ideal for this very warm weather! Had to return and buy smaller size

Great blouse, contemporary and cool. Very light so most suitable for high summer weather. I think the front frill could have been slightly better designed; when you move it seems a bit isolate from the rest of the shirt. I would also suggest this is better for those with a slim build, so I'm a bit marginal. However overall a great buy

I am very pleased with the blouse which can be worn with jeans or smart trousers: I loved the gentle ruffle at the front which made it a bit special. It's perfect for warm weather because it's a loose fit. I heeded the comments in the review and ordered the next size down which was a good decision. Unfortunately it was rather creased when it arrived so I gave it just a cool iron as I did not want to smooth the texture of the fabric.

Returned the top as not what I had hoped for the sharp and colour were very disappointing and not the normal quality and style from this range

Looks pretty when on. Hubbie loved it too! Not yet washed. Ruffles are flat so should be easy to launder in the future. Can dress up or down.

Found this place to be quite old-fashioned, quite baggy, and too flouncy and a darker cream colour than expected so not suitable for I was looking for

Oh! Much nicer than I expected it to be, to be honest. It's a lovely soft, flowing fabric with a subtle understated pattern. The neckline is very flattering but probably is improved by some jewellery. It feels smart and grown up. It might be inclined to crease although I haven't worn it yet so I don't know.

Lovely style and nice neckline and a good sleeve length for arm coverage. Nice material and soft colour. Found my usual size 8 fits well.
