I bought this as we needed a much thinner duvet for the summer. It has been exactly what we wanted until the very recent extremely hot weather...even a 1 Tog duvet would have been too much to cope with - under these extraordinary conditions we are sleeping on top of the duvet! Under NORMAL British spring/summer weather conditions, this duvet is fine!

This is nothing like the nice 1 tog comfortably cool duvet I used all summer. I hoped it would be an autumn/spring version for cooler weather but it is unbearably hot and sweaty. Like other reviewers I think it is much too hot and thick to be a 3 tog duvet. Very disappointed because you can't return for hygiene reasons.

This is extremely thick and nothing like our other 3 tog fogarty duvet. Once you open it and get it out you can see how thick it is, but then you’ve broken the hygiene seal and can’t return it. Feels as warm as sleeping with a 7.5 tog we have. Wish I’d read the other reviews before buying. This duvet does not match the 3 tog label.
