Love cooking with this pan

Needed a pan without non stick coating and the Tom Kerridge range has been excellent. Even without a non stick coating this pan doesn't need it.

Great pan for steaks and chicken breasts. Nice handle and easy to maintain. Pan isn’t heavy, can be operated easily with one hand.

First used by my partner. He didnt like and said is was difficult to clean. He didn’t use it properly! To use heat up the dry pan for 4-5 mins until a splash of water runs into tiny balls and evaporates. Add your oil and cook. Meat may stick a little initially but releases once browned. The heat distributes evenly. The stainless steel is a bit yellowed but you can get a cream cleaner to restore a polished look if you wish. I’m happy with it. I didn’t want a toxic, non stick pan and I think it gets better with each use.

We bought the equivalent in the smaller size and decided to buy the bigger size as we were pleased with it. It cooks well with even temperature. No plastics involved for non-stick, but is easy to clean. Would have given 5, but handles not riveted on.

Great quality pan takes getting used to but as long as you preheat before adding oil waiting for the dancing water drops with the water drop test it won’t stick and gives a lovely sear!

Heavy, well made and good size

Larger than I expected. Looks good but found I have to be very careful with my induction hob as the centre of the pan can burn easily. I will have to get used to it and cook on a lower heat.

Too heavy

Too heavy as I have rheumatoid arthritis and it tends to burn everything like eggs and tomatoes.

Excellent quality frying pan. I was looking for a non Teflon pan to use to deep fry items and this works a treat.

The pan itself is excellent. Does exactly as expected, like myM&S saucepans which are 20 years old. PityI had to travel 15 miles to secure this pan in a perfect condition! The first pan arrive damaged in damaged flimsy packaging.

Great quality & value for money

Great quality & easy to clean. Test with a drop of water before cooking - if water goes into a 'ball' it's ready but then turn the heat down! These pans don't need high heat!

Thought it was going to great, sadly not so great. Food stuck to the pan, didn’t have it on a high heat. I didn’t buy this pan to use parchment paper to cook without sticking. Not impressed, wouldn’t recommend

I really wasn't sure about this frying pan from the reviews, but its great, cleans easily, is not too heavy for my arthritic hands and wrists and cooks really well.

Bought this as a healthier option than my usual non-stick pans having been made aware of certain chemicals which may be damaging in the non-stick variety. Works pretty well but food is more inclined to stick to the surface. Chicken, bacon etc cooked well enough but tried it for a family sized omelette which was a bit of a disaster. Anyway after steeping in cold water, I managed to get it cleaned. I’ll stick with it though as I don’t want to use the alternative.

Avery welcome pan! My old pan died when the metal base which dispersed the heat fell off. Buy cheap buy twice! So I've replaced it with a quality, heavy and aesthetically pleasing pan. This is the start of a gradual pan replenishment scheme - I've started so I'll finish. Scotch pancakes, Welsh cakes & eggs are all brilliant so not only does it look fab it cooks fab too.

Hi I bought 2 of these pans and hands down they haven’t let me down great heat conduction and the searing these pans can give to chicken or steaks is perfect. cleaning these pans is as easy as using them to cook.
