A good buy

I decided to replace my non stick pans due to concerns about plastics. This stainless steel option needs a bit more care when being used and washed, but it does its job just fine. So far, there hasn't been any staining or marking as some stainless steel users have reported.

Very happy with these frying pans. They look and feel good quality with sturdy handles that don't get hot during use. They heat up quickly with very good heat distribution for even cooking and make excellent pancakes.

Great little frying pan. Turn your heat down as it inducts the heat very well and evenly. Handle doesnt get hot and looks great. Good weight and well made.

Happy with product look at first and followed instructions for cooking. However, we were disappointed when fried egg stuck to base of pan and we found the discolouration difficult to clean.

Worst ever!

This frying pan is the worst ever! Everything sticks to it and it’s hard to clean as it stained brown after the first use. I wonder if Tom Kerridge tested these pans?

Not great.

This pan is not great, it stains easily snd is very hard to clean. I have many stainless steel pots and pans from other retailers so am familiar with how to cook with and care for them - and I have never had any issues with any of them.

Great price for a quality pan

Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)

Yes, I recommend this

Excellent quality stainless steel pan at an affordable price. You do have to wash and then burn off the protective layer before using it for cooking as you do with all new pans. This want specified on the label though.

Difficult to Use

Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)

No, I don't recommend this

My first time having a stainless steel cooking appliance so I followed the product instructions to prepare the pan but when I first used it, it stained brown immediately. I'm sure it'll look better with a stainless steel cleaner but I thought it would look nicer for longer or the care and prep instructions need to be clearer about this. Additionally, when cooking, I heated it up enough so that water beads on it as advised but my food still stuck quite a lot to the pan. It would help if the instructions could also give more guidance on this.

Creating a perfect sear on a steak and leaving fond from chicken thighs to create perfect pan sauces. Took some trial and error as not used stainless before but love it.

Excellent quality and good value

Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)

Very nice quality, considering the reasonable price. I've only had it for a few weeks. So far, I think it will be durable. Seems to spread the heat evenly on my gas hob and is fairly easy to clean. Keeping in mind it isn't non-stick, you'll need to use appropriate oil and the correct temperature when cooking. I've also purchased the 20cm and 28cm versions.

Looks and feels good but there are quality issues.

Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)

After using it the first time it got stained (I made sure to use it properly) and the bottom is bent (oil goes to the sides and not in the middle) :( But it does feel like the materials are good quality
