Lovely material, however the sizing is HUGE around the waist. I always buy the grandchildren’s school clothes from M&S and my granddaughter usually has the pleated skirts with the adjustable waistband but as she will be going into year 6 she wanted the skater style. Despite going down 3 sizes they are still loose. Such a shame. Come on M&S, many previous reviews have said the same so please look at your sizing and actually do something about it!

My 5 year old loves these skirts, currently wears age 3-4 as they are big sizes but bought 4-5 for her to grow in to. They wash well and are great quality and look lovely on.

I am now about to return my second pack. My daughter is 10, average size and height. I bought the 10-11 which was so huge it just fell to the floor. There’s no adjustment buttons etc so I returned and ordered 9-10. They arrived and are still way too big. Judging by the sizes she’d need about a 7-8. The sizing is way off and I’ll have to buy elsewhere

Really comfortable soft girls school Skirt, great fit and easy to wear during the school day that allows my daughter to move freely during playtime. Wash and iron very well!

Having bought these last year i just wanted the same in a bigger size. These ones are made by half the thickness of the material as last year, don't sit right and are a washed out colour. Really disappointed in the quality of these this year.

Daughter loves these skirts, a good length, as the skirts sizes go up in age the often get shorter. But these have not, which she prefers. They are a soft material and comfy to wear.

Lovely and soft and moves nicely. My daughter prefers this soft jersey school uniform material: it’s much more comfortable, and it looks and wears really well.

Good quality jersey, with a thick stretchy waistband. Was looking for skirts for my larger than average daughter, and as these were described as very/overly generous, I thought I'd take a chance and order the largest size despite the measurements stated. They're perfect for her. As no reviews stated the actual measurements, I did, and have attached pictures (age 17-18).
