Standard office wear - smart casual look. The dress is bit boxy fitting and sizing is very generous so I would advice to order size smaller than normally. Great quality & price value!

The description of this dress said 'tee shirt' dress and I expected it to be tee shirt fabric. In fact had I read the composition I would have realised it is viscose and very heavy. Shapeless and not flattering. Not for me I'm afraid.

This is quite smart but might be baggy on some people as the fit is quite wide The material is a thick stiff jersey so I don't really think this is a smart wear dress Good value for money at the price

Going against the grain here, but I love this dress. I am a classic apple shape so anything boxy looks great on. The sleeves are down to the elbow, the fit is firm across the shoulders, loose through the middle and inbetween on the hips & bum. I'm 5'4" so the length on me is midi which is on trend at the moment. The material is thick and stretchy, very flattering. Looks great with a denim jacket and chunky trainers, equally great with heeled boots and statement necklace or earrings to dress it up. I've been wearing it to work a lot as well. I am 10-12 at M&S and the 10 is perfect. I have the breton stripe version as well. Thank you M&S

Returned item ---- poor fit---long waist line =hips on thighs

I ordered this for my mother who always buys an M&S size 12. She's been looking for a classic plain black dress with sleeves and had hoped this would be the one. Unfortunately it was oversized and shapeless, with the bust measurement was over 40". Very disappointing.

I collected this today, what a disappointment,it resembles a heavy type tshirt and the length is so much longer than specified.I have shopped with M&S for well over 60 years and I cannot believe the difference in style and quality,not for the better,I should add!

Ordered this and another black dress to wear for a funeral. The dress looked like a long t shirt no style very unflattering. Returned to store.
