A well cut, beautifully fitting coat. Warm and stylish. Love it! Very good value for money. I’m going to buy a black one next.

Pure Wool Single Breasted Boyfriend Coat Is a total winner. I got it in navy. I have watched this online for weeks and bought it for Christmas. It is a beautiful shape. It is so soft it is so warm it is so elegant and so well-made. I am just over the moon with this. I have worn it with jeans, I have worn it to dress up, and I have worn it to funerals. It’s just fabulous. Also a great length on me at 5 foot three.

This coat is hugely oversized. I returned it. I tried a size down but still too big so didn’t purchase it. Coat also felt very heavy.

Jacket is fantastic quality. Fits to size. Design and cut are top drawer.

Very soft & warm wool coat, very well made, classy.

This is a lovely pure wool coat. It is quite lightweight in comparison to the Jaeger cocoon coat. The material feels cosy and warm. I returned it because I felt that the lapel is too deep for an outer layer. It would require a very big scarf to keep out cold weather. The sleeves were also slightly too short for my 5’7” height. As another reviewer said, it’s not the type of coat to wear warm layers underneath. I am delighted to see a good choice of pure wool coats in the Jaeger brand this winter. The polyester fabrics in the M&S coat range are much cheaper but look shabby very quickly.

Really good quality material, 100% soft wool with 100% viscose inside so it’s much better value than all the other brands I’ve looked at. I wear size 10 and got a 10 which fits well and just the right length on the knee and I’m only 1.58m. Not very generous around the hip area though, so if you are a bit curvier I would size up with this one. I wish this length was available in the double breasted styles too, as it’s so hard to find a good coat for someone who is shorter in height. Also, Jaeger seems to be one of the very few brands that does non plastic coats since I avoid synthetic material clothing due them being made of sweaty plastic and leaching toxic microplastics. Nothing more tacky and unethical than a “premium” brand coat marketed as wool made of mostly polyester or acrylic. I hope Jaeger keeps their distinction!

This single breasted dark navy boy friend coat at M&S is the best Jaeger coat this year. Wonderful quality using excellent great luxurious fabrics in a stylish well fitting design. Excellent for the really cold days. I bought the Jaeger leather ro go with it too.

I purchased the navy boyfriend-style, single-breasted coat and absolutely love it. The 100% wool fabric is incredibly soft while still being warm, making it perfect for colder days. I’m a size S and found the fit to be spot on — definitely true to size. I can comfortably wear a well-fitted sweater underneath, but because of the coat’s tailored design, it’s not ideal for layering with oversized or chunky knits. Overall, it’s a beautifully made coat with a flattering, classic silhouette.
