lightweight, pleasant trousers not for best

Pleasant, cool trousers for this heat wave weather. But, the pockets are not sewn in correctly. The frayed seam is on the outside and there is no flap as shown in one of the pictures. I contacted via X and you want the trousers back, will not replace and want me to order again, ie pay again before a refund. So I am keeping these for round the house. They are rather too baggy and crumply for going out anyway. Quality control failed somewhere along the line.

I do like the colour combo and as I have other pieces that work well together I have kept them but I agree with other comments that they are overpriced It seems to be a,Per Una thing to have an unnecessary embellishment..in this case pockets with a ragged edge .. keep it simpler and reduce prices!
