Love this dress, the puff sleeves elevate it from an ordinary black dress. Only 4 stars as the sizing is over so you need to size down

Not the dress I thought I had ordered, but no regrets at all. Intriguingly, double-layered sleeves that maintain the puffed sleeve, More than mid-calf length and a drawstring waist, if needed. Silver pumps and pink accessories.

I read the reviews before I purchased, so I got a size 6 instead of an 8. It was so enormous, it absolutely swamped me and came right down to my ankles (I'm 5'2"). So it had to go back, sadly. It's a lovely dress made of very good cotton, but why so big? M&S sizing is erratic, to say the least. I was very disappointed to not be able to keep it.

I’m usually a size 18 but bought the 16 after reading the reviews. It fits perfectly and is made from lovely cotton. I’m so impressed with the quality. The dress is quite swishy too which I love. My only negative comment would be that I wish it was available in tall as it’s an inch or so shorter than my ideal length (I’m five foot two).

Fantastic dress, once I sized down! I originally ordered a my usual size and I found the dress totally unflattering. The sleeves were huge and puffy and at 5.4 in height, the length was too long also. I immediately returned. Anyway, fast forward a couple of weeks I decided to order a size down, im soo glad I did!! The dress hits totally different and I’ve received some lovely compliments. I unfastened the buttons at the skirt and wore with my Birkenstock Milano’s for an effortless tidy look! Absolutely recommend!!

Really lovely quality cotton, feels amazing on. Will suit any body shape as ties can be adjusted accordingly to personal preferences. The only downfall I would say is the lack of pockets.
