Lovely classy skirt. The pleat detail is perfect and the proper hem and lining are details of a bygone age. Very pleased with this purchase which looks more expensive than it was.

There's nothing more to add really. It's a lovely skirt, well made and excellent value for money as it's really good quality. But too long, really a maxi on me at 5' 4", I like mid calf like the models wearing. Shame no petites/ short length available

Nice skirt, the lining is a bit snug so not sure how comfortable that will be on hot days. Good length on 5,2 women

A much anticipated purchase let down by terrible sizing or the fact I do not own a young body

This skirt is beautiful. I had a similar style years ago, so was so pleased when I saw this on line. I did size up & probably could have gone for my original size as I wear it low on the hips. I am 5’3” & would have preferred it in a petite length. I wanted to wear it on holiday so did hem it myself.

Good length and nice material. Can wear with different tops. Needed to get a size up as no give in pleated area which gives a flattering fit. Hope it will be a useful addition to summer wardrobe.

Very nicely made skirt in a slightly off white shade. I agree with other reviews saying due to the stitching on the top area the sizing comes up a bit smaller. I tried my usual 12 and also a 14 and went for the 14 which makes it a roomy fit, but I'd sooner that than be restricted. I've marked down a star because of the lining which is only knee length and the width of it doesn't match the generousity of the skirt itself. Other than that, I'm really pleased with the skirt and will get a lot of use out it even into autumn with tan boots. Length wise I'm 5ft 4ins and it comes about 3ins above my ankles.

This is a great summer skirt. It's a light cotton material the colour is not bright white ( which can be unforgiving) but more of a creamy white. The tucks across the top stop any tummy bulging and it has an inner half lining which avoids it being see too through. The only tricky bit is the tiny button and elastic fastener. You have to have to pretty nimble fingers to fasten it. It may get easier as the elastic stretches over time but half a star off for that. Overall very happy with it

I like the pleated top part as it makes you look slimmer.

I so wanted to love this skirt, and going by the reviews, I thought that I might…..BUT it just didn’t sit right on my (curvy) body shape. It is fantastic quality, amazingly so for the price, and well made. But I knew, in my heart of hearts, that I wouldn’t get that much wear out of it. So I sadly returned it so that someone else could love it.
