Plain Chenille Throw

I ordered this throw in Blue plus a different Plain Chenille Throw in Duck Egg (they were shown as different products on the website, had different product numbers, and were different sizes). I thought I would get two different throws to choose from. But what arrived were 2 throws that were both labelled as size 150 x 185 cms and were both exactly the same colour. Very confusing marketing, M&S! This 'Blue' throw, although the same price as the other one, was thinner so I sent it back and kept the thicker version. I'd recommend buying the Duck Egg one.

I have bought two. Excellent quality and lovely colours.

Good points: lovely colour, good size, washes and drys really well, although best to dry naturally not tumble dry Bad points: quite thin so easily snags Overall happy although could be cheaper given how thin the throw is

Love this and would have given it 5 stars but the colour was much darker than the picture looked and I bought it online without seeing it. I thought it would be more “gold”. Have gold night and day blind and gold voiles at my window and wanted this for bottom of the bed. It does actually looked good now I am over the surprise about the colour. The quality and size of this is excellent and I am now very happy with it.

I bought these throws a couple of years ago and they were brilliant. I bought two more a few months ago and am so disappointed. Every day I have to vacuum the fluff from the chair and the floor. The hems have also come undone. The colour is perfect for my suite but the mess from the fluff is dreadful.

I looked for ages to get new throws and was so pleased when I found these ones. Having got them home and putting on our sofa's I realised what poor qualify they are, the fluff comes off something awful which is no good for my allergies and having washed then they are worse than ever full of pulls and look like old rags. A month old and I'm going yo take them back as I think £50 is a lot to pay for something I won't put back onto our sofa's

I bought this for my husband at Christmas as it matched our sofas colour scheme and it looked lovely. Now all I notice is thousands of fibres flying in the air and my dogs bed sitting underneath breathing it and my husband asthmatic is also breathing these in. I gave it a shake outside this morning and my black clothes were covered in the stuff. Doesn't look very good after being washed either. I'm hoping to return it.

Bought blue/duck egg throw yesterday, as it was a perfect colour match to go on my sofa. Looked great. After an afternoon sitting on it, my black trousers were absolutely covered in blue fluff. Not much use for a sofa if it means you can't then sit on it! Very disappointed.

I have purchased these throws before and they get constant use as we have a dog. However the two I have just received are of very poor quality, thin and after a quick wash before use they have pulls in already and look as though they have been washed out! They are going back and I certainly wont be buying any more.

We purchased two of these throws to replace two other chenille throws from Marks and Spencer. Sadly the new ones are not as good quality despite both the new and old being 100% chenille. We have returned the throws, sorry.
