Perfect weight for early & late summer

This duvet is the perfect weight for early and late summer, I chose it because it had a cotton cover which I prefer. I'm very happy with it.

This 2.5 tog quilt is excellent for these hot summer nights. Hopefully I can use it with my 10.5 tog quilt when the nights get colder in the Winter as it feels just like down.

Really pleased with this duvet - ordered online and it was good value. Arrived quickly and is lovely quality, very comfortable and good to have the 2.5 tog option in the warmer weather. I was previously using a 4 tog but this is great.

Comfort without feathers.

We have, for as long as I can remember had a down/feather duvet. We have a superking bed and to be honest the duvet, especially the winter one, was getting too heavy for us to comfortably handle a bed change. So, I decided to investigate a ‘Down-like’ replacement. As it is summer and we needed a very light quilt due to the heatwaves, I thought this was a good time to try a down alternative. We are very happy with the feel of it on the bed and of course it is light being only a 2.5 tog, but we are going to change to a winter version of this duvet and give it a try as there won’t be any daily plumping up of the feathers which will be a bonus. The cover is a nice feel thick cotton which adds to the quality of the duvet.

Bought for the warmer weather and it is so cozy and comfortable. It is warmer than I expected but I think it will be good when the weather warms up a bit more.

Toooo hot for a cool douvet
Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)
No, I don't recommend this
The douvet itself is very nice quality.. And we were pleased by the feel, however it is far too warm.. Far warmer than our 4.5 tog we were trying to down grade.

Really great for milder weather, cotton outer means it’s breathable. Still has a cosy feeling whilst making a cooler night possible, very happy with it indeed. Good quality materials and stitching.

Duvet is great quality... It is still a little warmer than I expected though so may soon be looking for an even lower tog rating...

Lovely soft feel

Lovely lightweight & soft. Better than having real feather or down as no sharp scratchy bits. Thicker than expected for the tog rating too.
