My husband doesn’t buy shoes very often but when he does it’s very difficult to find any shoes that he likes. He actually found them on the M & S website, ordered them and we collected them next day from our local M and S food hall. They fitted perfectly, job done.! Thanks M & S website.

Bought these for a slightly more relaxed look. The online photo (to me) gives a slight vintage colouring (natural ageing effect) which would have been great. Following physical inspection, they look newer. Have kept them though as they are comfortable from day one and true to size and will ‘age’ them myself ;-)

Ordered 3 different sizes of these before we got the right fit. Nice looking loafer but recipient has blisters on the first wear. Was a Christmas present so lots of returning and reordering. Hoping they’ll be ok once worn in as they’re leather.

Ordered a pair of black loafers based on the images on website. The colour of the heel and sole is a dark brown rather than black as they appear in the images! Returned for refund (which was trouble-free)

Beautifully made quality shoes in leather. However the strap on top of the shoe doesn’t allow the shoe to stretch and had to return them as my foot was too wide.
