Worst shoes I've bought in many a year - ill-fitting and very uncomfortable. Size 11 is my shoes size but these were far too big - even when I used TWO innersoles and a heel grip. I managed to walk in them for a couple of hours to see if I could bear keeping them but they were pinching my toes. Given away.

Price sticker was put on front of shoe and when I gently took it off, it pulled away some of the leather and now looks like a scuff.

Nice quality, really nice leather and comfortable to wear. I am between sizes so would have been ideal if there was .5 sizes available. Overall another great product by M&S.

My husband doesn’t buy shoes very often but when he does it’s very difficult to find any shoes that he likes. He actually found them on the M & S website, ordered them and we collected them next day from our local M and S food hall. They fitted perfectly, job done.! Thanks M & S website.

Bought these for a slightly more relaxed look. The online photo (to me) gives a slight vintage colouring (natural ageing effect) which would have been great. Following physical inspection, they look newer. Have kept them though as they are comfortable from day one and true to size and will ‘age’ them myself ;-)
