Lace Waisted Midi Dress

Very pleased with this dress. I bought it in the 50% off sale, which meant the price was good too. The dress fits really well and I particularly like the sleeves. The length is perfect for me as well, as I like midi dresses. I purchased the navy and loved the lace detail. It is a very comfortable dress to wear. I also liked the under slip which can be attached to the dress with little poppers. This means the slip doesn’t slip! Well done M&S - more like this, please.

I love this dress but it doesn't love me! Pretty pink colour that was much nicer than the online pic. I ordered a size up (18 instead of my usual 16) as other reviewers had suggested but the fit still wasn't quite right. I think if it had been more of an A-line style it may have. I also had the regular length as the long was out of stock so I was amazed that the regular length was perfect on me (I'm 5'10) and it came to well below my knee. It is the perfect dress for what I wanted it for...a wedding. But sadly I had to return due to the fit not right for me as I didn't want to be breathing in all day holding in my tum!

I bought this dress in the sale at a reasonable price, but unfortunately it was difficult to get on because the zip wouldn't come all the way down, which meant the underdress got tangled up and when I finally got it on, the regular length was almost to the floor. I know I am losing height, (as we all are as we get older), but not that much surely! Pity as this was a stylish dress, and I had high hopes that the size 12 would be O.K.

This is a beautiful dress. I am 5 foot 10 and size 14. Might be swamped on smaller person. It is lined. Doesn’t crease. Lovely length sleeves for us 50 + ladies! Bought it for a wedding and thrilled!

Just what I was looking for. elegant on, perfect length small sleeve for arm cover up, navy great for accessorising with, would recommend for a special occasion

Loved the dress but the lining was far too short. You could see quite clearly where the lining ended and completely spoilt the look of the dress.

What a lovely dress, fits perfectly and looks very elegant and the pink colour looks just so good. Would definitely recommend this dress.

Very disappointed this is the first lace dress I have returned.i bought it online in the sale £55.00.I returned the item because the under skirt was far to short and the lace was quiet rough.In the pass your dresses were lined and the lace was much smoother and soft.The price was much cheaper but better quality and this is only a year ago.I would never of paid full price.Most skirts and dresses seem to be unlined but never hang the same.The few that are are much better and in some cases the same price

I recently bought this dress in the sale online, so glad I did, it’s beautiful, lovely shade of pink, good quality lace and perfect length. I bought the regular length and I’m 5ft 4. I also think the short sleeve has a very nice finish with the scallop edge.
