My daughter loves these shoes. She's on her third pair. Knocked a couple stars off as they always break in the same place (along the seam next to the balls of the feet) and we always end up having to replace the laces very quickly for fraying on the ends.

Nice shoes, my teenage daughter likes the patent look for school, we have previously bought Clarks shoes over the years however she much likes the M&S design and fit so we have purchased them over the last couple of years. I don't expect them to last forever being school shoes, but the wear and tear is good and the price is very affordable.

My daughter wore these for 3 months and they fell apart - the sole at the front came away from the shoe. Really disappointed but have had quality issues with several pairs of M&S school shoes recently so will go back to Startrite.
