Ida Lace Non Padded Wired Plunge Bra A-E

I'm delighted with my Ida lace plunge bras. I only discovered them this summer and I've now got 5 in different colours. The plunge style cups suit me perfectly - better than full cups. They are pretty, sexy, fit well (once I'd found the right size) and more importantly, they are much cooler to wear in hot weather than solid fabric. (Even bras with a single layer of cotton made me sweat in the heat.) The lace allows the skin to breathe and stay cooler. It's the nearest thing to wearing no bra. So far, they have washed well in the machine and are quick drying - good for taking on holiday. Because they're unpadded, they take up very little space. I would like the straps to be a bit longer - I've extended them to their maximum length. I am wearing size 40C. Maybe the designers have not accounted for the fact that larger ladies need longer straps. Just an inch more would be helpful. What I find so very frustrating is that the Jasmine lace knickers are all different colours to the Ida range. Even the Ida pink is so different to the Jasmine pink that they don't go together. The greens are different and the neutral tones are different. Some colours like the Ida bronze and the dark pink Jasmine are only in one range. I don't understand why M&S has chosen to sell two lace styles of undies in completely different colour ranges, so customers can't mix and match styles whilst matching colours. I have high leg and miami knickers in both ranges and the Jasmine pants are more comfortable - they don't ride up like the Ida pants. There's no equivalent in the Jasmine range to the Ida plunge lace bra so my bra and pants aren't the same colours, which I find disappointing. I really hope someone in M&S reads this review.
