I bought 2 new maximum thermal tops this autumn, in aubergine and chocolate, they are a staple item in my winter wardrobe, very soft and warm, I think a slightly longer length this year which I like.

Comfortable, warm, lovely colours the aubergine and claret. Will wear it as a top not an under garment but they come up rather small so think about the next size up.

Warm tops

Fantastic tops lovely and warm for upcoming weather, ideal. Ordered the small, previously ordered the medium but sleeves too long. I really wish Marks and Spencer’s would review length of sleeves as this is the third top I have had to return simply because sleeve lengths are far too long.

So snug in the winter.

I would have given 5 stars but I found the neck to be rather tight. Fabric is soft and snuggly, haven’t washed this garment yet but shoul wash well going on previous years .

Ordered in the pale blue when it arrived it’s more like a dirty/ grey blue so I was disappointed with the colour but it will be warm and I tend to wear it under a shirt etc so it will be fine. True to size bought a 10

Lightweight, easy to wash and dry and lovely to wear. Although this garment is thermal it is not bulky and fits nicely under knitwear and tops. It is old be nice in other colours but otherwise I’m very happy and have bought them regularly in one style or another over the years.

Really disappointed in quality and melt scarring across the chest of the top. Needed for a trip near arctic circle
