3 Tiered Glass Chandelier

Excellent quality and so heavy. Just looks more expensive than it actually is.

First and foremost, when its up it looks great. The metal frame is well constructed and nicely finished. Expect to spend many hours putting this together and fitting it though. There are hundreds of individual pieces that need to be assembled, and it wasnt clear from the listing just how much time would be involved. The glass slides are not of uniform length (which is annoying). Despite it being well packaged, some of the glass slides also came with small chips or imperfections. The worst part though, is that the nut embedded in two of the glass slides gave way as they were being fixed to the luminaire, crashing onto the floor and cracking. There was glue in a few of the nuts also - indicative of poor quality controls and of a cheaper product. M&S are sourcing some spares, but if it didnt take half a day to put up, I'd be returning it.
