No changing rooms for women

Bought for a friend. She told me that there was no women's changing room. Just one for men, and one for "trying on" in the women's department. She asked staff if it was the female changing room and was told it was for everyone. Wouldn't have bought it if I'd known M&S has such contempt for its female customers.
