Only had it a few weeks and now it's broken

I purchased this as it had 20% off and I had to purchase the light bulbs for it from another shop and I am sure I got the correct ones! I have only used it a couple times and now it's broken as the bottom part of the light bulb is stuck in the part where you insert the light bulb. I had it on tonight and it just went off I tried other lights that I have and they were working I even tried and failed to insert another light bulb but obviously it would not go into the slot. I really hope I can get my money back unless of course they say I have broken it myself but I have absolutely no idea what I can do do do do do do!
