the fitted sheet is of beautiful quality but the fit is very poor. I have standard king size mattree and the sheet is loose resulting in folds whilst sleeping. I expect better from Marks and Spenser

Bought white single & cream as need an extra deep tuck-in as have a topper over a thick mattress. Tried other sheets elsewhere but no good at all. Quality here is good & comfy to sleep in. Yes you pay a bit more but for a comfortable nights sleep worth it. Would buy again.

This was to replace a worn bottom fitted sheet (not yours) and I'm really pleased with the fit as easy to fit on not like the previous one when I really had to pull it to get the corners in place.

I wanted a sheet that fitted my deep mattress properly so it didn't slide off during use. I also wanted a cotton sheet to go with my duvet set. This egyptian cotton sheet is just perfect. It stays put as it's deep enough to cover the mattress properly, and its been lovely and cool to get into during our heatwaves. A huge bonus is how well it washes and dries. I didn't realise cotton could dry with such minimal creasing. It's superb quality and worth every penny.

The sheet is quite smooth when sliding a hand down it. However, at times it does feel a liitle rough. Ratherstrange! It is slightly too big for the double bed and it is wrinkled because of extra material. Maybe that's because it has deeper parts for the mattress corners.

I bought these because Egyptian cotton has such excellent reviews, despite being expensive. But the sheet felt rather shiny and heavy, and didn't feel anything like I thought it would - perhaps if the sheet had been washed first, the shiny film might have gone. Most cotton sheets are nice and light, so I returned it.
