Cotton Rich Embroidered Yoke Tie Neck Blouse

I rarely buy anything at full price but I fell in love with this the moment I saw it onscreen! It is a gorgeous colour and I will be using it with my many red-orange dresses that are mostly sleeveless. I "don't do sleeves" as they make me so hot and bothered but this is lightweight enough that I can add it to a sleeveless ensemble on days that's its just not quite warm enough to go fully sleeveless. I'm going to remove at least the top pair of ties - in don't like things that close to my neck and have no intention of wearing this piece with the ties tied so the ties are not needed for me but I've not decided if I'm removing them all or just the top pair.

Love the style and colour, however, I had to get my sewing kit out and add a few hooks and eyes as it has open areas between the three ties.

Beautiful top! Very feminine and pretty but not too ‘young’. Very stylish, covers my round tummy and the colour is stunning. I thought maybe the colour wouldn’t suit me, but life is too short not to wear nice bright colours! The fabric is lightweight so perfect for hot weather. the fabric is a little see through, but the front is also open so I imagine you’re supposed to wear a little cami underneath unless you’re feeling brave! 😅
