Cotton Blend Checked Top

Pretty top, but very lightweight material, and slightly small for size. I am a 12, and usually comfortably 12 in M&S but found this slightly small.

This is such a great top to wear with skirts, trousers, etc. Love the detail at the back and I know I'll be wearing this for years. It's a great summer top but I can easily wear it with a cardigan in autumn, too.

I had to purchase this skirt twice in order to get a true to size fit. I am 5ft 10in and a size 12/14. I bought one size 14 regular and a size 14 long length. The regular was larger and sat nicely on my hips so I returned the 14L as I could not even get it done up! I repurchased the skirt in a 14L when it became available as I preferred the ankle length on me for summer and this one hit (still a little tight, but can get it zipped up) M&S you need to make your sizing consistent! It's crazy that I had to buy twice to get one that fits correctly!

Lovely skirt but zip is stuck and will not pull down. Annoying as I bought as a set so don’t want the top without the skirt.
