Interesting pack, have had the medium before but they are too soft for me and have now gone lumpy. Decided to order firm. Definitely not firm and one pillow is firmer than the other. One is identical to a medium. Neither seem to have the temperature control the previous ones had. I wouldnt buy again.

It was time to get some new pillows as our current ones were giving no support and we were getting neck pain. So bought some firm pillows, but they also said that they controlled temperature, which I thought would be a bonus. Only used them a few times and they are starting to lose their firmness already. Also, I have had to turn the pillow in the night to get the cold side, as I was getting so hot. Quite disappointed in the product.
