Body Temperature Control 1 Tog Duvet

I found this duvet to be warmer than the 2 tog one that it was replacing - can't say that I noticed any difference with the 'Body temperature control'. So a perfectly adequate, though somewhat expensive duvet.

Excellent purchase though not cheap. Much better than a sheet which means you wake up chilly in the early hours. It really does seem to control body temperature which means a better night's sleep, so I would recommend.

I am very pleased with this 1 tog duvet. It certainly lives up to the claims made for it. It has kept us very cool and comfortable.

Nice light duvet that still keeps you warm enough.

First time I have bought a 1 tog duvet I am really pleased with the quality and it stays in place all night .

Light and cool and is perfect for very warm nights

I'm delighted with this 1 tog duvet. The weather lately has been unbearably hot and yet, sleeping with just a sheet on top means waking up a little chilly in the middle of the night. This 1 togger, however, is perfect. I know duvets normally boast 'warmth without weight' but in this case it's just enough light weight for the hot nights.

Lovely duvet, but the body temperature control didn't work - still was as hot as the 4 tog!!

A light, cool duvet, which is ideal for this warm, humid weather. However, as it's not just any duvet but a Marks & Spencer duvet, I would have thought it would have made the bed too!
