Very pleased with the process. I had accidently got the email address wrong and so my friend didn't get her card on her birthday. It was my fault. I rang up customer service and they were veery efficient and sent the card again to the correct address. thank you.

I bought an e gift card instead of a regular one for security and speed. I usually buy a regular M&S gift card in my local shop but problems with the post and sometimes not knowing if it has been received Have led me to seek alternatives. The purchase was quick and easy and I received confirmation of delivery very quickly. I will use this method for all my future purchases

The card I selected on line was not available and I was not informed on line. As the transaction did not go through I contacted a staff member and she informed me that several of the cards shown on the M& S website were not available. She helped me to select a gift card that was available and my friend received it on the expected date.
