Best of all, the entire gift amount was added to the card - no extra fees or cost. Definitely a win, M&S!

Very pleased with the process. I had accidently got the email address wrong and so my friend didn't get her card on her birthday. It was my fault. I rang up customer service and they were veery efficient and sent the card again to the correct address. thank you.

I usually buy a regular M&S gift card in my local shop but problems with the post and sometimes not knowing if it has been received Have led me to seek alternatives. The purchase was quick and easy and I received confirmation of delivery very quickly. I will use this method for all my future purchases
