Co-wash curls and coils between wash days to gently cleanse without stripping. Wavy and loosely curly hair: On wash days, use be curly advanced™ shampoo, conditioner and curl perfecting primer, then style with curl enhancer cream. Swap conditioner for the intensive curl perfecting masque every 2 - 3 wash days, depending on your individual hair needs. You don’t need much & lathers well but not for me I bought both the shampoo and conditioner but it left my hair very dry and as if I’d gone out in the damp for the cost not good for me I’m very dissapointed
