Bamboo Lid Bread Bin

I really wanted to like this bread bin but it is made from thin plastic and looks cheap, the wooden top is nice but overall not nice enough to make it look like a quality product. Plus the top tends to get stuck and it takes longer than it shoudl to get it off. This may have improved with use but I had to return it.

This looked very stylish and had good reviews,but I was disappointed by the quality. The bin itself is little more than a plastic box with a bamboo lid that can be used as a bread board. It is a good design but the quality is poor and overall it's overpriced. So despite my high expectations I returned it.

I love the look & size of this bread bin, I have the black version, however I really struggle to remove the lid! I've had it for several months now & it isn't any easier. My husband constantly complains about it & places the bread on top of it! No other review has mentioned this so maybe I was just unfortunate.

Iv wonting a new bread bin for some time .kept the lid off a few day get the newness smell out looks good in my kitchen .x

I have the version in black. I wanted something that looked smart and was also airtight, so I could put freshly baked loaves straight in without having to put them in a bag. It is happily both lovely looking and airtight. I don't think I will use the option to use the underside of the lid as a chopping board as I wouldn't want to mark it. I got £10 off in a homeware special offer, so definitely better value for money than the original price. I would fully recommend this item.
